1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened.

  • Customized or personalized products, unless defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Azadi Deals will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
